Warranty Replacement Policy

Standard Warranty Coverage
All electrical products purchased from CORA SRL via top-storum.com come with a 2-year standard warranty starting from the delivery date.
Customers who opt for the optional 1-year extended warranty benefit from a total coverage period of 3 years.

If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage (impacts, drops, breakage)

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

  • Damage or malfunction caused by improper installation, misuse, or careless handling


How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact us via email at: info@top-storum.com

You will receive an automatic confirmation message. Please reply to that email with a short video clearly showing the problem (e.g., the product not turning on, not charging, or not functioning as intended).

If video evidence is not possible or does not demonstrate the issue, we may ask you to return the item to our facility for further inspection.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not accept returns sent via cash-on-delivery (COD)

Only warranty claims that meet all the eligibility criteria will be reviewed and processed.
