Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Cancellation Period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting from the day you—or a third party appointed by you (excluding the carrier)—physically receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us with a clear written declaration (via email, postal mail, or another durable medium). Although not mandatory, you may use the cancellation form template provided below.

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including any standard delivery charges (excluding additional fees for express or special delivery).

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No transaction fees will be applied.

5. Returning Your Purchase
Products must be returned within 14 days of submitting your cancellation notice. Returns are deemed timely if the goods are shipped before the deadline.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

  • Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life

  • Software, audio, or video recordings unsealed after delivery

  • Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

7. Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and undamaged

  • Returned in their original packaging, including all labels, tags, accessories, and safety seals

If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functioning, we may apply a proportional reduction to the refund amount.

We strongly recommend ensuring that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
